A follow up of regular coffee breaks, cramping of assignments along with dry, boring academic journals and adolescent late nights (thanks to my current social structure) resulted in a huge deprivation of exercise. The “flabs” are showing, shadowing the cause and effect of an increase input. I feel a certain degree of shame as I’ve made a mental commitment to myself at the start of a new year to control my diet. To reassure myself while typing this, I often do take a long walk home, I do have “casual night jog” moments. It’s not enough, I know. Better start acting on it and less procrastination!
Ps, on a total random note, a bookshop party sounds enticing. Old school is always a good notion for solid fun with pals ey!
